All Sida and Embassy staff are welcome to use the Helpdesk service. We can provide services for assignments that cover up to 15 working days. The costs are covered by the Global Programme and the services hence do not require any formal decision or additional funds. Just place a request at email@example.com and we will respond to it for quick feedback and action. A brief Terms of Reference is required for assignments longer than 2-3 days.
Sida staff can contact us for advice on how to integrate environmental issues, including climate change and resilience, at policy, programme and project level. Services offered by the Sida Helpdesk for Environment and Climate Change include program and project support, support to country/regional/thematic strategy processes and other services.
