How to contact us

Receiving our support is simple, free of charge, and includes any kind of environmental matter. We support all staff at Sida and Swedish embassies with anything from 15 minutes to 15 days. The costs are already covered by the agreement between the Helpdesk and Sida’s headquarters. You are welcome to contact us!

How to get our support

  1. Send us an e-mail or a brief Terms of Reference of your needs
    You don't need to have a complete idea of your request. For any matter that relates to environmental issues, contact us and we can explore it together. 

  2. We respond quickly
    We confirm receipt of your message, normally within 2 working days.

  3. We agree the details together
    We together find out what you need help with and how we best can support you. We together also agree the number of days for the assignment, schedule a deadline and tailor the type of delivery to your needs. The support can include anything from 15 minutes to 15 days.
